Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
You have access to less than 30% of the course content
The course doesn't meet your expectations
You haven't completed more than one exam/assessment

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Requests made after 30 days from purchase date
You have accessed more than 30% of course content
You have completed multiple exams or assessments
Purchase was made with fraudulent payment methods
Duplicate purchases (original payment will be refunded)

How to Request a Refund

Provide your order ID and reason for refund
Our team will verify your eligibility within 48 hours
If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to appear in your account. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

If you have used significant portions of the course, we may offer a partial refund based on your course access and progress. Our support team will discuss this option with you.

Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be permanently revoked. You will not be able to re-access course materials, recordings, or resources.
